Great video of "the invasion of the floss-haired Gnomes"

Not like I want a medal or anything, but I tend to like cooking on Sunday. It's my experimental nature. I guess I shouldn't say anything like that anymore, I realized I've now spent more time outside of the lab than I did in one (including learning to get into one). But I digress.

Back to Sunday. I've decided to try to document my "creations". Most are foul beasts that arise from too much watching of Food TV, without actually copying anything. Many are completely inedible (remind me to tell you of my teriyaki chicken sometime), but occasionally I get them right. Usually I can tell this has happened because M asks me to write down the recipe. That worked last weekend (I may post, but likely not), but this weekend I decided to ask her to photograph it, as it seemed nice & colourful. This week's creation: Bacon-wrapped Chicken with Pasta au jardin (apologies to the French)

Meh, I'll probably just take the tablet into work and rebuild it. And keep thinking about getting a Mac. Maybe someday.

I had a nice post all done up explaining my personality and feelings about work, life etc. But IE eat it. So, back to privacy.

In light of the fact I didn't realize just how obvious this blog would be, I've decided to keep it impersonal and light. Discussions of how I really feel (especially about you know what) have been moved to the "other" place.

Been using the new CPAP machine for a few weeks now. Still tired all the time. Not sure why.
